Aunt Jackies Tame My Edges Smoothing Gel Review

I have been using Aunt Jackies tame my edges smoothing gel for over a year now. My son, now in his teens, and I use it on the hands daily to help with shaving. Our grandfather used to trim hedges with a dull machete - we used a machete - he loved it! I am in fact trying to do that with my hand held axe, but, if I do not stop, I will die doing it.

Aunt Jackies tame my edges smoothing gel is good for a day, or it can be used throughout the year. I use it as part of a shaving ritual every morning before I take my shower. I simply mix the solution with warm water and apply to my face, leaving it for about 15 minutes. After that time period, I towel dry my face with some old towels. Then, I go to the mirror and shave the next day.

The mixture has a little bit of alcohol and a little bit of citric acid. Citric acid is also used by skin care professionals to help prevent acne. This little mixture helps to eliminate dead skin cells, helping to protect my face and neck from the razor as I shave.

There is one big problem with shaving - after about twenty minutes, it begins to dry out the skin and makes it look worse. So, I always moisturize and apply some type of oil to my face while I'm still wet.

Even though Aunt Jackies tame my edges smoothing gel may not help with the nicks and cuts that can sometimes happen on my face after a shave, it does so much more. It leaves my skin soft and moisturized, while helping to eliminate blackheads and whiteheads that are in my pores. My pores do not clog up with shaving cream or soap, and they do not become clogged up with old, dead skin cells either.

Another advantage to using Aunt Jackies tame my edges smoothing gel is that it is not harsh on the hair. Many shavers, even those that use a good quality brush, use a chemical-based product to remove the hair from the face. Using this gentle, natural product eliminates the need for chemicals and allows me to make sure my hair is silky soft throughout the day. Now, when my hair begins to become a little dryer than usual, I just add a little bit of gentle moisturizer to my hair and let it soak for a few minutes.

In addition to being gentle gel, Aunt Jackies tame my edges smoothing gel can be used to help moisturize dry, cracked skin. The abrasive base of the solution eliminates much of the moisture on the skin, so I use it on my knees, elbows, and back.

So, if you want to be able to show off your smooth skin without the harshness of some chemical products, then perhaps you should give Aunt Jackies tame my edges smoothing gel a try. For me, it is an everyday routine that I look forward to every morning.
